Are you interested in the impact of a social, political or economic issue, but lack the time or expertise to investigate it?

Do you want to understand more fully about people’s experiences or views?

I can work with you and your communities to do this. I’m passionate about qualitative research, which provides in-depth understanding of people’s feelings and motivations and participatory research, which aims to make people and communities active participants in the research process.

I also provide evidence gathering in the form of scoping and literature reviews.

Project include:

• Supervised research undertaken for the MND Association on Continuing Health Care in Wales

• Provided policy recommendations for a Mental Health Foundation intervention that provided peer support in extra housing schemes for older people.

• Carried out participatory research with health workers across Cambodia for a VSO campaign ‘Valuing Health Workers’ and advised other VSO countries on their research and advocacy approaches.
